What is collected
When you submit a mentoring or role application, the form may collect your name, email address, company and role, website, business stage, answers you provide and basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the form.

This notice applies to information submitted through forms on spencertarring.com. Spencer Tarring is responsible for deciding how that information is used.
Why it is used
The information is used to assess fit, respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation and administer any resulting mentoring, advisory or recruitment relationship. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Form processor
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to Spencer's email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a third-party form delivery provider and processes data under its own privacy and security terms.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Information may be kept longer where a working relationship begins, where context remains operationally necessary, or where legal and accounting obligations require it.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information submitted through this website by emailing hello@spencertarring.com. Reasonable requests will be handled subject to any legal obligation to retain particular records.
